SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your goodies as quickly as possible and always aim to get your order out the door promptly. Once your parcel leaves our hands, however, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service, and occasional delays can happen (hello, unexpected detours and busy couriers). While we can’t control what happens in transit, we’ll always provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey—and refresh the page obsessively if you’d like. If something doesn’t look right, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Method
We use Royal Mail for all orders. UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service. International orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked.
Delays
We are not responsible for postal delays or lost items during transit, but we will assist with enquiries if your order is delayed.
Lost Post
If your order hasn't arrived 10 days after dispatch (excluding bank holidays), contact us to start a lost order claim. Refunds will be processed after 10 days and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Safe Places & Neighbours
We do not accept responsibility for items left in a safe place or with neighbours. These arrangements are at your own risk.
Address Details
Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address, email us at regalbinds@gmail.com as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are valued by weight of the parcel.
United Kingdom (depending on weight)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.99 to £7.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99 to £9.99
International (depending on weight)
All international orders are sent out via Royal Mail International Tracked. Fees are assigned by weight and EU/ World Zone pricing. If you have any queries on shipping to your country please send me an email with the items you'd like to order and I will provide a quote.
RETURNS POLICY
Can I return my item?
Yes, returns are accepted if:

Returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items are in their original condition.

Items are not Seconds (final sale, see below)
Note: Damaged or unclean items may result in a refused return. Please email us at regalbinds@gmail.com or use the contact form to initiate a return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and must be tracked.
Regal Binds reserves the right to refuse returns that are in a non-sellable condition. Items returned that are not in a sellable condition and/or outside of our returns policy will be sent back at the customers cost.
What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us at regalbinds@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss a replacement. We will cover the return cost. If damage is due to neglect of care instructions, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
My order hasn't arrived. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are eligible if:

UK orders haven’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch.

International orders haven’t arrived within 60 days.
Please note: we will always do our best to help & launch an investigation with the help of our courier partner to get your original parcel to you or locate its whereabouts.
Note: Delays due to strikes or holiday seasons may affect delivery times. Orders with tracking may require further investigation before a refund is issued.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. Return the item as outlined above and place a new order. Postage costs are your responsibility.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, it can be cancelled. If it has, follow the return instructions.
My items are no longer usable. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged by improper use are not eligible for a refund.
Personalised items
Personalised items (e.g., any customisation) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Gift Cards
Please note that eGift Cards purchased on Regal Binds are non-refundable for any reason.
